How to lose loyal customers

Ive been using the app to keep track of my weight for a few years, since the first app came out many years ago. Its a little shocking that after an update, Im suddenly locked out of features I initially paid money for and am now forced to spend nearly 12x the amount I spent for it to keep using it for one year. Not cool
